Typhoon H photos On arrival

The box arrived in fine condition. No visible signs of Postal abuse, no crushed edges. I opened the box and all was well until I lifted the copter out.

As you can see the camera has been ripped out of the mount and dangling by its wires.

I can't evaluate the condition of the camera by looking at it, but I can see that this has bounced around and stretched tight the connecting wires. The camera is too heavy to be shipped without support.

The camera / gimbal protector evidently fell off during shipping. It was not attached to the copter. It was lying in the bottom of the case as were the rubber shocks you see missing.
I am wondering, because you sent me a note "Enjoy there is a small package to your left when opening it is extra camera mount bushings I replaced one time". That means that this has happened before? In two flights?

These wires, stretched from the camera/gimbal are hanging from the circuit boards solder points. They are not broken but they have been supporting the weight of the camera and Gimbal. Considering the weight bouncing through shipping, I'm concerned about shorts or other electronic problems yet to be discovered.

I took this picture trying to show that the camera is only about 1/2 inch from touching the table. I'm sorry that the photo isn't better. You can tell that it never rested on the bottom of the case. It dangled and bounced around the whole time.

I think this unit needs to be evaluated by the manufacturer for Electrical, Electronic, Gimbal, and Camera damage. Even if it seems to work fine now, without evaluation, I couldn't trust it. Yuneec (authorized) needs to do any fixing. Any other repair shop may void the remaining 8 months of warranty.
All of that said, I really like the box and the extra accessories and the copter is beautiful but in all fairness I paid top bid to have a working flying camera and for that kind of money I don't think I should have to repair it or pay to send it round trip to Yuneec for checkup or repairing before I can use it. I did ask you in an email if you insured the package.
Not trying to sound harsh, but this could have been avoided by removing the camera. I'm just disappointed. I see no alternative other than to send this package back to you. I will pack the camera so there will be no bouncing in the case. I'm really sorry this has happened. I really like the whole package.
